With all the hype over 'Earth Hour', it seems funny that the apts in Sarnia are allowed to throw away everything including cardboard where 'Joe Homeowner' can not do this? HMMM!
This poor aptartment can't seem to get there recycling picked up? These have been loaded for weeks now!

As I see it, someone is not taken the whole compost thing to seriously. The pile for wood is about 100 feet to the left of this bin. Good job city guys!
Rick these are just to sorry for words. I think you need to post these to the Observer! Get people to really think about how the city / residents are managing their garbage.
